"I have always picked up my orders at the St.Cath. facility - a quick drive down the hill from my home. Very surprised to get there to find no one there (no sign, etc.). Had to go home and phone to find out where my order was. Not thrilled to have to drive to Fonthill especially when highway 20 detour was not well marked with the closure of the canal bridge. After a few wrong turns, and driving up the street a couple of times looking for the store where the order had been sent, I was not impressed to finally find it. There was a note on the door "be back at 11:35". It was 11:15 - so I was going to have to wait another 20 min., which meant I would have to miss an important appointment in St. Cath.
The order, as usual, was correct - I have purchased many of these plaques for gifts - hostess,Christmas, special occasion. This might change if I have to drive to Fonthill. Perhaps, an option would be to offer pick-up in NF - office is about a mile from home.
An iPad might make the event sweeter!"
