"Their shipping cost is outrageous as they are charding $6 bucks for something that costs them $1.80 (as they ship Lettermail as opposed to Parcels which would be trackable). I think they should upgrade to a parcel agreement with CPC that would give their customers tracking and would actually be work the $6 they are charging...."
