"I placed an order on May 19, 2007 and never received the merchandise as of today, June 14, 2007. Left over 6 email messages requesting the status of my order but get no response. I was immediately charged on my Amex account without the order being shipped. I have opened a dispute with Amex and am awaiting a credit from them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER THE GOODS."
"I placed an order for an alarm component and paid via paypal. On December 29th I checked to make sure they received the order and was told that they did receive the orderm and said, "Yes we got it".
After not hearing from them or receiving the item on 1/5/07 I emailed for the status. I received this response:
"Hello Yes this order was placed already
Everyone got caught up in tthe holiday rush and I will have tracking info for you tuesday probably after you rteceive it tuesday.
I will check the status and guaranteee delivery tuesday"
On Wednesday, 1/10/07 I hadn't received the package or the tracking number so I emailed to find the status. I did not receive a response.
On 1/16/07 I opened a Paypal dispute. The seller claimed he never received paypal payment, even though I have a paypal receipt and paypal charged my credit card. He said this even though previously he said he would guarantee shipment.
This company is poorly run and has terrible customer service.
