"The purchase went fairly smoothly other than a delay in the mail for check I sent. The price for the furnace was exceptional, the duct work and other odds and ends were priced about average. Now for the negative. I purchased the install kit that comes with 4 pads to set furnace on. While I did get 4, 1 of them was missing the foam pad. Luckily for me I really didn't need them. I also purchased the return air plenum. I did call the sales to see what size I needed. They recommend the 14x25 so that is what I went with. Well the 25 width is way too big. it is the same size as the furnace. "
