"Quite a rocky start, a neighbor highly recommend Alpine, and we needed a new unit so why not give it a shot. It started out great the sales rep that helped us place the order sounded like he new what he was doing. When the unit arrived everything we order was there. So we tried to install it on day one ripping the old unit out and placing the new one just to find out we didn’t have the duct adaptors from square to round. After calling them and complaint about the $25 shipping they waived the shipping. 3-4 days later the parts came and then we figured out when trying to replace the zone control board that we were missing parts, had to call in again and return the board, and get the “kit” that comes with the power adapter. Thankfully that time around it only took 2 days to receive parts. When all is said and done it’s a good unit and the install was extremely easy when you have the proper parts. I would recommend double checking all parts before you start your install. The 6-7 day delay was righ in the middle of a decent size storm that allowed rain water to get into house ducts, and inside the new unit praying we don’t end up with a mold issue in the long run. "
