"I was disappointed that the company website didn't state that the (optional) floor base wasn't' included. It's my fault for not making sure, but many other websites for other brands specified that the (optional) base or floor feet were or were not included. I went with them thinking they had the faster shipping time and reasonable price. Once I called in about the feet, I was informed they were not included, and they did not carry that accessory. I had checked before ordering and that was part of my confusion.
The customer service wasn't very helpful, and they simply told me to google the part, and offered to send me the link to my email of the first thing that came up on google for ordering the part.
Basically they sent me an Amazon link to order the part. I could have ordered an entire unit from Amazon in the first place and just waited a day or two more for a different brand, that would specified that it included the optional floor base/feet.
There was also a delay on the shipping. It wasn't their fault, but it was the way the customer service handled it that bothered me. I ordered and paid extra for overnight. There were weather delays and FedEx wasn't able to get it to us the next day. It took 2 days. When I called in, and asked for a refund, they told us it wasn't their fault that it didn't get there on time, and acted as if they weren't going to give us a partial refund. My company works with FedEx all the time, and the few times there has been an issue with delivery times, they have always given us a refund. After specifying to the CS that it also wasn't my fault, and I paid for overnight, not 2 day, that I knew the delivery company was going to reimburse them for the issue, they gave us a partial refund on the shipping cost.
