"I've been running a 36k BTU and 27k BTU hyper heat system with 5 heads spread out through my house. I've been running mostly in heat and with weather between 10F to 70F. Heat has been without issue. I took the advice of setting and forgetting generally around 72F. The first 2 months has seen a savings of at least $100 in fuel.
And that's with keeping temps where I want them 24hrs. While the initial cost was high, the immediate savings is very clear. I've only been able to use the cool mode a couple of times and it seems more than adequate. My only complaint is that you have to spend $50 per head unit for wifi connectivity. At this price point that should be included. Also the head unit do not have horizontal sweep. Only vertical. Temp regulation can be a bit tricky if in a smaller room. Time will see how reliable they are."

"When I added the item to my card and paid for it there was no indication that it wasn't in stock. They later sent me a message saying it's out of stock and would not ship for a while. It hasn't shipped yet. Other shops also had this back-ordered, for cheaper, but I ordered here and paid more because they had it in "in stock." It is 2022, and an e-commerce web site should accurately reflect the inventory on-hand."
"I first contacted then before I placed my order and they ensured me my selections were good. Unfortunately, my evaporator was damaged. They gave me the option to get a discounted refund or replace it. I chose to replace it and immediately got the RMA email and my new one was on the way. They also called to make sure I received everything I needed to return it. Definitely would buy from them again."
