"I am very impressed with units. I bought two for house after upstairs geothermal system died. Took my electrical bill (all electric house) from $800 + to low $200s…units super quiet and work. Even had one die (new)and Alpine replaced no questions asked. I know 2nd purchase will do extremely well. Only issue I had was finding a HVAC guy to do final install and fill it up…, plus price is excellent.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "

"The product seems to be a quality heat pump with standard parts that are easy to find. However, I started with the indoor units obviously and their instructions were vague, absent and unhelpful. You have to open the compressor to find more detailed installation instructions. Also, be warned! Contrary to what their videos say, MOST HVAC companies won't touch a system they didn't install, so I've had the hardest time finding someone to pressure test and fill the lines with refrigerant.
It shipped quickly and I'm looking forward to the day I can turn it on."
