"The systems, when installed correctly, work as described in the sales info. The most likely problems we have found, have been the possibility of leakage at all copper connection points due to the flares being sub standard. I have installed three systems for myself and since I did not have the high pressure nitrogen for leak checks for the first one, I had loss of freon from the system. Tip; follow all instructions. Another point that could be easily corrected is the copper line insulation. The blue ridge system piping we received has the soft foam which is easily damaged during installation. Many other systems use a stronger white insulation that is far easier to install without damage. It may seem that I wouldn't pick at the remote and it's many functions but those functions are too many and too complex for a remote. The old term KISS, (keep it simple stupid) would assist with operating the system for the many people that do not play video games with complex control consoles. On- off, temp up-down and function would be sufficient and made available as an optional remote control. My wife has had problems with the too-many buttons and until a lot of use I also had issues. This is not a game control that is used by the hour and where usage becomes second nature. "

"The process and delivery were good. I had no problem with any of that. The furnace I bought I thought would be quiet and when it comes on and is running it is loud and kind of distracting. My old furnace which was 32 years old was quiet and could not hear the blower motor run throughout the house. The furnace is in the basement. The new one sounds like a car running inside the house."
