Bought software, at $99, for download plus CD. The $50 download DID NOT WORK. I emailed the company two times for help, telling them it did not work. No replies. When I received the CD in the mail, software then worked. I paid $50 additional to receive the download. Would have only cost $49 to receive the CD alone. "
