"It took three separate orders and multiple phone calls in order to have a useful product. None of the product descriptions eluded to the fact that separate pieces were needed. After receiving the first one, I was met with hostility on the phone while explaining my issue. The issue being that the cup holder i ordered didn't come with brackets or anything to attached it and was, in essence, a cup for my cup. The person on the phone once AGAIN did not mention that in addition to the bracket, there is another piece required to attach the cup to the bracket. Once again, I was met with hostility. Was never offered a discounted shipping rate, had to fight for that the first phone cal. Second phone call was denied. By the time I received my product, the VERY short NWO riding season was over. "
