"I needed an HD FLOW wireless multimedia kit so I started shopping around. AlwaysLowest.com beat everyone elses price by a long shot so I decided to check out some reviews. The reviews I read had me very concerned about this companies service so I decided to call and speak to a company representative before ordering.The person I spoke to was very helpful and even took my order over the phone. I said nothing about the reviews I had read as not to influence him to take better care of my order. All I asked him was if the product I needed was in stock. I placed my order on Thursday afternoon, and received it Tuesday morning. (only 5 days including the weekend!) I was very impressed! I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

"They live up to their name Ratings ALWAYS LOWEST, DO not purchase from these guys, got a PC non functional returned it and 3 weeks later after they received it they had no idea what was going on and they never sent a replacement or issued a credit, had to contact my Credit card Co to solve this issue."

"Ordered a graphics card from them, they charged my card immediatly, I paid for 3 day shipping, 6 days later I see my order still isnt shipped to me. I call them, their voicemail box is full and cannot accept any more messages. I check the BBB website, and find a number for a physical store and call, they forward my call the the online shipping. They tell me they dont have the card, would I be willing to wait till the third week of july when they will get some more. Of course I said no, I didnt want to wait another month and a week to get what I paid for already. Still waiting on a refund. Ill never use them again, and I suggest you check for somewhere else before you try alwayslowest."

"The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order to ship in 3-7 days and had not received it 25 days later when the credit card bill came. I refused payment and spent a hour solid on the phone trying to get someone to answer the phone. They sent the order once they were not getting paid and made sure they called me about the transaction. The items came from the manufacture telling me they stock nothing and are trying to locate it after the sale. I will never deal with them again."

"In my 12+ years purchasing online, AlwaysLowest.com is by far, the worst experience I have ever had with an online vendor.

Ordered memory off Sears.com where AlwaysLowest.com was the merchant fulfilling the order. Let's go through everything that went wrong:

-Tracking number was for the WRONG carrier listed on invoice.
-Shipped to wrong address...don't know how that could have happened considering everything is done electronically
-Estimated shipping time was WAY OFF. I mean a few days +/-, but they were off by weeks.
-Shipped under different company name than AlwaysLowest.com..they were called iUnitek

It turned out I bought the wrong item and needed to get a RMA so there was confusion as to which company and website I would obtain it from.

When I finally determined the right website, I got no response for RMA request. Had to send repeated emails until they finally responded.

They approved RMA, and I sent it back, two weeks pass...no status update on my return/exchange. Again, tried to contact them repeatedly. Finally got someone one the phone and they tell me 'no returns on memory'. I'm thinking "why did you approve RMA if policy is no return on memory??" They said they would make exception because I didn't open or use the memory.

They said I had to go back to their Sears.com merchant page and purchase the memory I wanted first then they would refund me. So I go look for memory I want and guess what..it's WAY OVERPRICED...almost 2x more than competitors. So I write back and say..forget it..give me a refund, but they said "sorry we already returned memory to warehouse and you will 'have to' buy the [overpriced] memory." At that point I suspected they were trying to cheat me. If they returned it to warehouse, that means they fully accepted return and put the memory back on the market to be resold...means they owed me money. I contacted Sears customer service to complain about this merchant and they took care of it and got me a full refund. They also told me they had received numerous complaints about AlwaysLowest and would be removing them from Sears.com. Serves them right. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE...YOU WILL REGRET IT.

"If the price on their website is the lowest you've found, then be prepared to get a order cancellation email from them. This company does not honor their prices and they will claim it's "out of stock" in the cancellation message, but when you call and ask them to check availability of the item, it will be available with a higher price and shipping rate. This company has bad ethics and our company will never purchase from them again.

It took 3 days to recieve our $1,653.69 refund.

"That is the order number. Online said it was in stock and they charged my card the full amount immediately. Two days later they called to say it is not in stock but will be in on Dec.9th. It was not and a note said it will not be in until Dec.30th. That is not acceptable. Now I am having trouble getting a refund."

"I ordered a laptop hard drive at a good price. A week later and still no notification. I call them and the customer service representative has to call me back because the information can't be found. 2 hours later I receive a call to let me know that the item is out of stock and will not be in stock in the near future. I received no notification from them whatsoever. Then they had the gall to say that an email had been sent out with this information earlier. Which was undoubtedly false since they didn't know the status of the item when I first called."

"Nightmare!! It doesn't pay to go cheap sometimes. We were looking for a bargain and ordered a monster center speaker. Not only was it mis-listed -- eventhough it was listed, they didn't really have the item, they sent me headphones instead. Can you imagine how expense monster speakers are, to end up with just headphones. After calling several times, I was given an RMA#, then promised an email with mailing instructions. Never got an email, had to call them several times again, then given an extension to someone who never answers the phone. I called again to speak with a manager, then the manager promised he would follow-up with the person at the extension. I was sent an email instructing me that I would receive a FedEx label. Here is it 3 weeks after the fact and no email, no fedex label and no follow-up. Once again I called and was promised another follow-up. I just want my money back, it was clearly their fault for listing an items they never had. My advise is, DO NOT ORDER ANY THING from these people. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. If I don't get my mony this week, I'm filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau."

"THIS place is horrible.
They not only did not have the parts but they did not call until I called. When I called I was told they had only 2 out of 5 pieces of equipment that I can buy those two. I compromised and tried to buy the last two AND then they said they didn't have anymore. Basically they didn't have anything and just wanted to not tell that they don't. Also, I knew it wasn't overreacting on my part. I ordered the parts a 7 days prior to the call.. I will NEVER shop there again.

"Beware of alwayslowest.com, what I call, "Bait and Switch" tactics. They did have the lowest "advertised" price; however, they were unable to fulfill my order at that price, supposedly, because they did not have the items in stock. I recently heard similar complaints against them and other companies that use this tactic to get to the "top" of the reseller list by having the lowest price on something that they do not and cannot deliver. Where is the "reseller police" when you need them. This is totally wrong hence my negative review. Seems to me they want to attract people to their site with the lowest price even though you'll never get it at that price. They gave me 2 options: 1) they would "hold my order on backorder indefinitely with NO ETA" or 2) I could cancel it. Seeing as the proce went up quite a bit since my order I suspect they would be happy for me to cancel my order so they don't get stuck selling something at a lower price. When I placed my order on their site it indicated that the items I ordered were in stock ("Buy Now" it said under the Availability column not "Call" like you would expect or even "Not Available"). After waiting 4 days I got an e-mail saying my items wouldn't ship for 2 months!!! Then I find out that all the items I ordered went up in price. After several calls and being bounced around from one "customer service" rep to another I finally got a manager on the phone. His first comment to me was to read their "policy" which states that pricing and availability can change at any time. That's fine but not what I call Customer Service. He also said that at least 10% of their items list on their site as "in stock" are not actually in stock. I don't think its fair to waste people's valuable time placing orders, providing credit card and other information, if you don't have the stock in the first place. Do what other reputable sites do....list the item as "Out of Stock" or "On Backorder". Be fair and upfront and stop blaming your unfair marketing practices on "computer software" problems. I personally won't order from them again and I have canceled my order. BTW - the manufacturer of the product I ordered indicated to me they are NOT an authorized reseller so how can they fulfill the order anyway? You make the call. Order from a reseller with integrity and a true sense of the term "customer service". It strikes me that when you call their company the automated attendant says "where excellent service is always our priority". I'm glad I don't treat my clients that way."

"Shady or just incompetent?
Item showed "In stock" and ready for delivery. I selected UPS 3-day. Four days later, they emailed me claiming that the order was cancelled at my request. When I called, they said the item was actually not in stock and they had no way to deliver the item they sold me as "in stock." They did not charge my card, but wasted 4 days of my time waiting for an item I could have bought elsewhere.
