"They sold me a defective computer via Best Buy Marketplace. Both Best Buy and AlwaysTech don’t want to take it back and tell me to go directly to the computer company, wich is not legal at this point. "

As of this date, they have not responded to any of my e-mail for a shipping status or a refund, and of course, they have no phone number to call. Doing business with them was clearly a mistake and it makes me nervous about shopping with any small or little known business on the web. My recommendation would be to shop elsewhere."
"Alwaystech shipped me 2 toner cartridges for my printer. The first worked fine but I found the second wouldn't fit the printer and is the wrong cartridge. They don't respond to my emails and RMA requests. They have no published telephone number.
It's annoying that their products are shipped in boxes with "Guarantee Your 100% Satisfaction" written on the side. I recommend that you do not buy from these people."
