"Awful return policy
Sent a monitor back that clearly indicated a electronical fault (3 green beps) after paying for shipping to another country and ensuring the package was delivered safe I get this response
"We have settled your claim ASRE22149230.
Method of settlement: Rejected
More information: The device was assessed at a service center. During the testing, mechanical damage was found which is not compatible with the manufacturer's warranty conditions. The warranty claim was rejected. The device was sent back without repair."
This is a 1000 euros monitor too.

Too bad one of them was defective so I had to contact the support... long story short, they have one of the poorest customer care I've ever dealt with.
They do not read your mails and just give you roundabout answers... it feels like they purposedly engage in a sorta of "waiting/mocking game" in order to discourage customers.
I even cited them Eu laws on faulty products but that wouldn't change the fact that they simply ignore you...
Of course I won't buy anymore from them, the small discount they offer compared to other shops isn't worth the effort."
"I order a sim card on the 27 Dec 16 and payment was taken on the 30 Dec 16. I was informed delivery takes approx 4 days from date of payment. I received no email or follow up on the status of my order so I emailed Alzashop on the 06 Jan 17. I was informed the product was no in stock and hey HOPE to receive it from the manufacturer on the 17 Jan 17. So here is to hoping Alzashop get it by the 17 Jan (I am doubtful) and then add the 4 working days shipping onto that and I should hopefully get it by 23 Jan (nearly a month after ordering).
WHY was I not informed at the point or order that this part was not in stock??
WHY was there no communication from Alzashop after I ordered to let me know it was out of stock and it would be a month before I should hope to get it??

"Warning: do not purchase from this retailer. Terrible service. I would give them minus 5 if I could. It all goes wrong when you need to return something. I bought a drone and had to send it back: there are no return labels and so you have to cover the cost yourself. Weeks later still trying to get situation sorted so now having to go through credit card company. Alzashop won't answer emails and now they're claiming they never received drone for repair. However I have proof of shipping and received and email from them when they received item. Incompetent firm. AVOID. I'll never shop with them again. "Excellent services. Ordered a Philips 40'' TV on 30th July, delivery was done to Brussels, Belgium on 3rd August. TV was in perfect condition as well. When i called up the customer service on Monday morning just to enquire where my shipment is, i was pleasantly shocked to hear that it was already on its way to be delivered. 5 start rating for cheap price, super fast and safe delivery and good customer servcie."
