My current purchase went smoothly. I ordered a very small item but it was still delivered quickly and very well packaged. It looks like they treat each order well.
My previous experience with them blew me away. I bought a video card from them and it took me a long time to realize that it was not going to work with my motherboard. It took me longer than the return policy allowed. But they allowed me to return it and DID NOT charge me the restocking fee. These guys went above and beyond!
Why did I say I really dealt with these guys 3 times? Because when I got a motherboard that COULD support the video card, I went right back to Amamax and bought it from them again. They absolutely deserved the sale."
"Power supply arrived on time but defective. No reply to 2 emails to ****@****. Filled out an RMA online & returned to the shipping address. Got a response from rma@amamax that I sent to the correct address & would receive a replacement as soon as the returned supply arrived. They got it on April 21. Sent email to rma asking status on 4/28 and again on 5/3. No response. Credit card said to give them 15 days from the point they received it and they will remove the charges. That's today. They have NO customer service and I am thankful they only ripped me off for the amount of return shipping. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!"

Sure enough, it died right after the 1 year warranty expired."
