"Pricing is awesome! Checkout was easy. Shipping Tracking is severely broken. No shipping information of updates on the shipping what-so-ever. Perhaps a website malfunction? Also the email addresses for support do not appear to be monitored. Use the Direct phone number for resolutions to any issues at ***-***-****. The order and shipping system worked as it should have except the shipping was supposed to be UPS 3 day and ended up being Fedex Ground which took 5 days. Overall, If i had to order from here again, i would at least know what to expect by i was not very happy with the lack of communication from the sales staff. I had to open a paypal claim just to get a tracking number.

"Holy crap these guys ship fast!! I needed a new clutch for my truck and they had the cheapest price. Ordered late afternoon on Sunday and the clutch was delivered Tuesday. It was actually delivered before I even received a shipping confirmation email. Couldn't be happier!"

"Found out I accidentally ordered the wrong drivebelt size. Contacted multiple times to first get ordered cancelled. Order was made at night on 5/30 and contacted to cancel twice on 5/31. Received automated response 6/1 item shipped. Customer service is NONEXISTANT here. Now I have to try and get through to them to return the product."
