"They offered 6 Wigwam wolf socks in a package for $39.95. Only received 5. The confirmation email I received from them was for only 5 as well - which I did not even notice when I received it. I feel like I was scammed... I did not contact customer service because I think they did this deliberately and there would not be much point if that is the case."
"After having problems with their "120% Guarenteed Price Match" interface I shot off an email to Customer Service. A Customer Service Rep, by the name of Jodi, responded the next day & offered to resolve my price match plus deduct an additional 20% off and give me free shipping too boot. I ended up saving a total of $25.32 off of their normal price ($15.50 per Pair) for 6 pairs of the Thorlo Combat Boot Socks in Coyote Brown & $6.93 off of the BEST price I found these socks for elsewhere on the Internt, at LA Police Gear.
Hopefully they will get the dead link removed from their web site & rewrite the proceedures for requesting a "Price Match" on one of their items. As things stand now, the current page, with the directions, needs a serious rewrite.
I was also told by their Customer Service Rep that they only had 3 pairs of these socks on b the color & size I wanted & that it would take 12 or 15 days to get more of them in. That's fine as I have no pressing need to get these socks this very instant
So, I'm going to go ahead & order these tomorrow afternoon by phone as the discounted price would have to be manually entered by Customer Service. I will update this review when I get my order delivered. They've already gone a long ways in improving their standing in my eyes. We'll see how the rest of this plays out."

Paid for overnight shipping two days ago and my order hasn't even been processed for shipping! I've called and written two emails and've gotten no response. Don't waste your money. I'll be contacting my credit card company about extracting a refund from this (probable) scammy (re: scummy) business. "

2. The Wigwam King Cotton High socks (F1057) are great.
Too bad they only come in white.
3. The World's Softest Sock (W1071) is very nice. If they would
fix them so they stayed up over the calf, they would be great.
4. The Elder Dry Sock (838) was shown as an over-the-calf sock.
Clearly it is not. Otherwise, it seems to be a good sock."
