"BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!! I placed an order on 9/3/19. When I was informed of a 6-8 week delay in my order on 9/10/19, I cancelled the order. Following cancellation, I inquired many times about my refund, and no luck. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they unfortunately had to close the complaint because the company failed to respond. Now I am out $250!!"
"I would choose negative stars if possible. I never received this order in the original 4-6 weeks as indicated for delivery on my July 5, 2019 order. I received an email on July 19, 2019 of another 3-4 week delay with an attempt to upsell to their Houston plant for timely delivery. Then I received an email on August 26, 2019 that after I APPROVED the proofs, which were all incorrect, it would be another 4-6 weeks. I called the company today and was told truthfully it could be 4 months or greater as they switched manufacturers in China. Apparently, their new plant is not even operational and still in training phase and there are over 700 prepaid orders awaiting fulfillment. Funding their new plant by taking orders on false pretenses of fulfillment times that will never be met and delayed for unknown timeframes is illegal. Clearly, this is a combination of a bait and switch tactic to their Houston Plant for a much greater cost and a funding operation for their new plant in China. There was never any intent to deliver originally as in conversation and writing on my July 6, 2019 order in 4-6 weeks, or in the updated email from this company on July 19, 2019 of a delay in delivery of an additional 3-4 weeks, nor even in the incorrect proof email on August 26, 2019 of yet another 4-6 week delay. They have cost me hours of unnecessary work selecting product and colors, correcting their representatives constant errors on my selections, and phone calls trying to get to the truth. The most significant factor is my company is out of necessary wristbands for my operation and I am now two months behind in researching and ordering new wristbands from another company. I will be reporting their bait and switch; plus new plant funding tactics to the States Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and all Social Media. Finally, they have their customer service representatives bearing the brunt of customer fallout as this company negatively impacts the businesses that have trusted and relied upon them to deliver their products in a timely manner. I asked the last representative, Jerry, for a name and contact information of his management team and he is not allowed to give out that information. "

"I ordered my $678 wristbands in Sept 2015 to meet my budget timeframe. When I then used the wristbands for my event (on April 30, 2016) the metallic color came off from each of them. They would not replace them. I now have 2500 wristbands that are useless with a website that was designed to support the wristbands and printed literature. I did business with an American Business because I knew they would stand behind their product should something go wrong, rather than dealing directly with the Chinese who produce them. How wrong I was. Their response was, "Our metallic color do have metallic flakes to give it its shine on the bands and certain lotions or hard water can change the color of the metallic shade." I have no idea why I was not alerted to the problem in their product to begin with so that I could chose a different color!!!
