I've been dealing with hormone imbalances due to premature menopause for over 15 years (I began experiencing menopause symptoms in my late 20's and was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at 31y.o.). I've taken hormone replacement therapy off and on, but because of the constant fluctuations in my hormones it has been impossible to stabilize on a dose.
