"I have been using Amberen for a couple of years, and it is the only thing that has helped with a long and extremely symptomatic perimenopause and now menopause. I have tried everything, including biodentical hormones, and this has helped the most. I have some symptoms still, but I am mostly free of the worst ones. I am just an overall better person when I take it, although I can't take it like they say to do. I can't go for too long without it, nor can I take it everyday. I go by hot flashes mostly, and I take it 1 to 3 days then 1 to 3 days off. Hopefully, this has been ok to do?!"

It definitely does cut down on the hot flashes and night sweats.

I do still have one, occasionally but, I sleep a lot better, I used to wake up throughout the night and have to throw the blankets off, I don't remember the last time I've had to do that.

My mood has also improved, I'm not quite so grouchy now.

I would have given 5 stars but, since my symptoms have not vanished 100%, I gave 4 but, overall I am happy with the product, anything that can deal with the symptoms as much as it does, is worth the money.

Nothing else I have tried has worked even close to this well.
