"I ordered a sweatshirt for a gift, received an email said I would be notified of shipping within 2 to 3 business days. After nearly 2 weeks I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed them. It did take them two days to get back to me and they told me oh, sorry, that order was canceled because we didn’t have any sweatshirts. They did remove the $138 from my bank account the day after I ordered and held onto it for two weeks. Why would they have not told me the order was canceled until I emailed them? They did apologize with a coupon for my next purchase, HA! I told them it was poor business practice, so much for American made and reported them to the BBB. What a terrible way to treat a first time customer."
"Marketing Fraud! I ordered for Hanukah 10 days ago with 2-3 days shipping and my order has not even left their store. I spend over 600.00. They claimed it was because of Covid but the 2-3 day shipping was offered at the height of covid. Do not shop for the holidays — your merchandise will likely not arrive in time. "

1) Ordered a sweatshirt and hat for my daughter;
2) Their jankie tacking system said that the package had been routed through Hebron Israel (they are located in the US);
3) Tried to call - they have a phone number but will not answer the phone;
4) First, email no response;
5) Contacted them with their tracking number - said package was delivered to an address in Georgia - package was addressed to California;
6) 9 days later still no resolution
