"A total fraudulent scam! Ordered a Nikon D5500, and did not receive any confirmation whatsoever although it did not charge me yet. The website listed a price of $540 with free shipping, but when I called them they said that the battery is not included (which is ridiculous) and with handling cost the total is $699. Customer service is rude and unfriendly. I cancelled the order at once. I have entered my personal information to this fraudulent website (including name, address, and credit card number) for the sake of the order, now hoping I did not do that, for it may be misused.

"Ordered an item, admittedly hastily, and then read other online reviews. They use bait and switch a lot. Despite saying payment would process within couple hours when shipped, nothing. I got a phone call from ID 1-***-***-**** (deceptively hidden), asking me to confirm shipping address which I did, then they inquired about who purchase was for. Didn't think this was relevant and I said so. Agent told me I was rude and that he was just asking so that he could make them aware that camera needed a battery. I ordered a bundle which came with not only a battery but 10 other accessories. I told agent that and then I told him I wanted order cancelled as my research after the fact showed that this was their method of scamming and defrauding. I told him also that I would be reporting it as such and making my credit card company aware. All of which was done. "
