"The merchant was great in keeping me updated about my order. I received an email right away to let me know that my frame was out of stock, and given the option to wait for a week or choose another one. I chose to wait for it. It came in the mail in the stated time. I didn't realize that I would have to assemble the frame, but it wasn't too difficult. All of the pieces were included and it looks very nice. My only qualm is that I thought the mat would have an opening in it for the picture, but instead I had to trim the picture and lightly glue it on top of the mat. It's not noticeable from afar but it may have looked nicer with the mat on top of the picture. Otherwise, my panoramic photo that I took of The Vatican looks beautiful in the custom size frame from americanframe.com!

UPDATE 7/22:
American frame asked that I reach out to them so that they could replace the mat. I called them and within a few days the new mat arrived on my doorstep for no extra cost. Thank you for your professionalism & courteous service. "
