"I ordered a dyson curler and a wall mount. They were priced well. First sign I got is from the get go it said that my order would be there asap yet hadn’t gotten a tracking #. I emailed them 4 times for it and didn’t get it. Also the order # was odd 2211. So then i sent them an email asking for my money back they replied with. “No problem we will process it “ nothing after. I had to go the route of calling my credit card to challenge the charge. I was able to get a refund.
Make sure to always charge on CC so you have a way out with these scammers. "

"Bait and switch...scam.......No mention of insurance fee till item is bought and they call to upsell......Web says they ship UPS. Salesman says its a private shipper.....will cost $92 more. I hate the internet sales scams. grrrr"
"Evil company - They advertised a low price and then when you call and place the order they say their computers are down - Only when you don't buy the warranty and other items they are trying to sell.. Called the next day - Computers are still down - he said try back in 4 to 5 days. Do not buy from these shady companies. You just waste your time trying to deal with them."
"Wasted a week trying to buy a 50" Sony LCD TV. Placed the order and was told the item was instock. Web site says orders usually ship in 2 to 3 days. Called back on day 2 and on day 3 and was told they could not tell me when the item would ship. On the fourth day, I called and was told it would be 5 to 7 more days. I cancelled the order and asked for a confirmation. I was promised a confirmation and have not yet received the e-mail(day later). High pressure sales tactics for accessories and extended warranty. This type of organization gives internet retailers a bad reputation."
"I ordered a camcorder. They sent me a confirmation email, I phoned on the 24th to confirm. On the 25th I received another confirmation email. I phoned again just to make sure. The man on the phone said he was in charge and treated me like dirt! He was extremly rude and must have missed "how to treat the customers 101".
The pricing was good and I was very happy with that. Not sure if I will ever order from them again due to the complete disrespect for the customer. I will probably pay the 10 or so dollar difference to have someone treat me with respect."
"Simply the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They said they had the product in stock (a lie), then 1 week later an email was sent that the product was on back order. An option was given to cancel the order, so I did cancel via email that same day, I asked if they would confirm the cancellation via email…they didn’t. Then 2 days later I sent another email asking to cancel no reply. 3 weeks later the product shows up, the “Supervisor” Eric call me a liar! (Even though I have written proof of the cancellation??)
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION!!"
"1) Received email from them. They cancel my order because of price error.
2) I didn't call them for cancelling my order. Instead they called me and harrassed me on the phone. Seems that's my fault to place order to cause them trouble. No apologize for their mistake at all!
