"I had the same experience of many others here. The tile I purchased was on back order and I was willing to wait for it, then finally after the wait was too long, I cancelled the order. I did that over the phone and the merchant agreed to refund me the money. I still haven't received my refund and it has been since mid November. I call or email Marion at least once a week and am promised a refund every time but it never comes. Today, I set up a dispute with my credit card and my credit card was able to refund my money. Hopefully that works. I will never use this place again. "
"Ordered over 4500 worth of flooring. Tim called to advise that is was on back order. I needed it immediately so I cancelled. It’s been over 2 months of constant calling and emailing about my refund. All the notes in the system show my calls and emails, I received one email back from Marion stating I would have my refund within 2-3 days. I have sent my final email I will now be hiring an attorney and pressing charges for theft. Class action anybody? "

"I called to verify stock on some grout before I ordered because i needed it for a job I was working on. The salesman told me on the phone no problem it would ship the next day. I waited for 2 full weeks and made multiple calls before I finally had to cancel the order. The woman was pretty rude and it took several calls and emails to finally get my card refunded. They also charged me $12 more for shipping than the original shipping quote. They will lie to you. Do not buy from these people. Less than a month later my credit card number was used in New Jersey at a Home Depot for $2,000.00. Maybe a coincidence but I doubt it. I broke my golden rule to never ever order anything from New Jersey, California or Florida because it’s like a time bomb for getting ripped off. "

"I ordered my tile on 10/24. That Thursday was when I discovered all the horrible reviews online. I emailed the company for an estimated ship date and was told that my order was preparing for shipment and I'd get a tracking number as soon as it shipped. I had not received anything by that Sunday so I emailed the company that I had read horrible reviews and expected a shipping number by this Tuesday or I'd be disputing charges on my credit card. Monday morning I received the tracking number. Much to my surprise when I tracked the package, it was already out for delivery. My tile was waiting on my front porch when I got home."
"Use an actual credit card or pay option that protects you from scams. Here's what you can do after you realize you've been taken (this is what I did after not getting product or a refund). They'll tell you it will take up to 15 business days to refund you. That is a lie. Just go to your credit card company, file a dispute and start the process of "merchant charge back". That's right the merchant will get charged back. Or if you live in Florida, just take the owners to small claims court, why not? The owners of this company appear to dissolve and start up new businesses related to flooring, according to public records. Their names are Bryan Gillis and Robert Higgins (their email addresses are likely the same format as the other employees; first name at-----). Next thing you should do is file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and follow up with the FTC once they review your claim - keep pushing the rep to really look into this company and any affiliated with these owners. Another avenue is the BBB, why not file a dispute there too?"
"Based on a Google advertisement, which I thought was trustworthy, I order a product on July 7, 2017 which showed a good price and free shipping. I got an email shortly after that stating that they calculated my shipping and there would be another charge. I immediately sent a complaint to Google, about this deceptive practice. I'm sure they could careless because this shady **** company is paying Google for advertising. I then replied to the shipping cost email stating that I want the order cancelled. I was told that it will be cancelled and a refund should be posted within 15 days. After 3 more calls to customer service, today August 14, 2017 I finally got someone to click a button and supposedly issue the refund. DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE ADVERTISERS and NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. BTW, avoid LOREX at all costs too. My story is too long on them, but they are way worse than American Fast Ripoff."
"Ordered material in March 2017, and was told the next day it would take longer that I expected to have it delivered, so canceled it. It is now August 11, 2017 and I have yet to receive my refund. I call DAILY and I keep being told that a manager will call me back. This is ridiculous. I don't have the product and I am out of over $500. Don't buy anything from this place."
"After placing an order, I got an email the following day about a 50 dollar shipping charge so a canceled the order the same day. The next day they charged my paypal account for the order that I had canceled. I have been trying to get a refund now for 2 months. Horrible customer service, IF they return your emails or calls what they tell you are lies. they have been telling me I will get my refund now for a month and a half, how long does it take to credit a paypal account? Don't just walk away from this company, RUN!!! "
