"I ordered a 4-ounce bottle of liquid sucralose from AHFNI. When the bottle arrived it seemed a little low, so I put an empty 8 oz. Tupperware bowl on my scale, tared the weight, and dumped in the liquid sucralose. The bottle only had 100 grams of liquid in it. Hmmm, even 4 ounces of pure water should be slightly over 118 grams ... even more with the sucralose dissolved in solution. When I weighed the bottle and liquid, the total weight was 120 grams. Coincidence? I contacted AHFNI to inform them that the bottle was not full. Their response was "We sell on weight, not fluid oz. The 4 oz liquid weighs to 113.4 gram. The filler is automatic setting up by equipment company. we'll check if it is only have 100 grams, if yes, we'll give you some more next time, or return some money to you." I never heard from them again.
In the end I got at least 15% less product than I had been led to believe I was purchasing, which makes the seemingly low cost of AFHNI's liquid sucralose much closer to competitor's prices. If they were willing to monkey with the amounts of product in a way that seemed deceiving I sure wasn't going to trust them with chemicals I was putting into my body on a daily basis."
