"Good price, free shipping, no tax. Somewhat concerned about how a 7'6" rod would ship. Came in a heavy cardboard tube in perfect condition, three days after ordering! I've caught specks (spotted seatrout) with rod already. Thanks."

"I didn't have a good experience. I don't think it was their fault, just a matter of circumstances. I thought the order was placed since I got an email saying it was. I waited a few day and then got on line to try and track my order. I found out the order was on hold. I called them and we found out the their system had kicked the order out. They said their system kicked it out because it said their was a 95% chance of fraud. They said it wasn't the credit card and the best they could tell it looked like someone was tying to do something to my email. Had I not called, the order would have just set there on hold. They said they didn't know the system had kicked it out. They need to find some way of notifying the customer if something is wrong and not just let it set there. I canceled the order because I was afraid someone was trying to do something to my email."
