"I have ordered four rods from American Legacy Fishing and each were shipped with great care. This latest purchase, a nice rod on sale was no different than the other three. The packaging is great and makes damage to the rod during shipping next to impossible. They also place a residential restriction on delivery so if the delivery guy does not find you at home, he will not leave it at your door vulnerable to thieves. I would not know about their customer service as I did not have to use it. There were absolutely no problems."
