We settled on a Taylor Academy Series guitar which was on backorder. I've been thinking about picking up the guitar for years, so waiting a few weeks or so for my order was no problem. Mackie Speaker that Self Destructed thru the Wireless Options to go all green on the input gain and volumes. i had to reboot this speaker after an event. i contacted Tech Support MO and they say Contact Mackie for Warranty and Covered for Free Repairs all i do is ship to authorized service center

OK I do just that... $38.00 to return the Mackie Tump Boosted BST Speaker to Authorized Service Center JK Sounds San Francisco.
Henry Calls Back about 10 days later tells me its " soot on the coil " my fault! So I call Mackie and explain how the speaker went all green
thru the wireless feature and they told me the soot on the coil is my fault and warranty is denied.
so i go back to AMS and tell them my story see what they can do. So Tech Support Calls Mackie and they deny i ever even contacted them about any repair and dont know me or anything about it. Hard to believe i had called them about 7 times and e-mailed 5 times and its at their service center for 30 days and they deny knowing anything about it
SO I REALLY GET ANNOYED BY THIS and it goes no where
they tell me to pay the $154.00 to fix it and NO REFUND NO RETURNS KEEP PAYING THE MONTHLY CHARGE
its set up on a 12 month plan so if i cancel it they will report it to end up with bad credit
i told them to stop the payments but they keep on pulling them each month $75 dollars on a speaker abandoned at the repair shop with a denied warranty from LOUD AUDIO tech mfg of Thump Boosted Speakers

"So you set up automatic payments. Your card expire, so since they have the option online, you go in and update your information, like any normal web based service. You choose the use this card for payment today and all future payments and your done, except your not done, because it didn't update anything. The option doesn't work, so they don't update your payment option, then conveniently they charge you a late fee. So after this happens a couple of time you call the stellar customer service. The customer service "explains" that they "recommend" that when updating a new card you call in, since their website doesn't work. So they recommend that you call in after you call in. The stellar customer service advises that "unfortunately" they cannot refund or apply the "late" fees to your account, but that this isn't a scam. Do your self a favor and use somebody else."
" I attempted to buy an item from these people I made sure I had enough money on my credit card they promised me free shipping-and after I hit the submit button they added shipping which made my account go negative and cost me a fee from the bank crooked tactics I will never try buying from them again.

"I keep making the stupid mistake of trying out "deals" from places without reading reviews first. I needed two musical instruments within a few days, and stupidly assumed they would be shipped out the same day or the next. I decided to check and see where the order was at when I hadn't heard anything in a couple days, and to my surprise it was listed as "backordered". I called them and they said that was an accident, and that it would be shipped out the next day. That was four days ago. I'm on hold right now attempting to cancel my order and get a refund on my initial payment. Judging from the rest of the reviews, I imagine it will be a fruitless effort. If they do not refund me though, I will report it as fraud to my bank. **** these guys, seriously. Do your research and stay far away from this company. I'm only out $200 or so because I did the 12-payment plan, so assuming the fraud charge goes through they won't be able to charge me again. It could have been worse. Hopefully this is the last time I'll have to learn this lesson. "
"Ive ordered over 7000$ worth from this company ans they take 4 weeks to ship anything - you will pay downpayment and 1st months before you get it. If you change your card information they will **** it up and charge all of cards small amounts until they get everything they can causing overdrafts on the weong accounts and failed payment charges amounting hundreds of dollars. "I made a purchase, and chose the 12 month 0% interest payment option.It was late on a Saturday night.I called a real person there, the next morning as soon as they opened, just to make sure everything was correct.The person,(who's name i wrote down, date,and time)told me the order was correct,12 month payment plan.Monday morning rolls around, and my checking account goes in to the negative, hundreds of dollars' AMS took out the whole amount of purchase, instead of payment plan, that i selected, and that i was told was correct, so i called immediately,to see what happened.Note,another full day has gone by, since i talked to AMS,in just a days time, the next person i talked to, changed there story, and said i selected the one time payment.(Not true)Good thing conversations are recorded.I then requested to play back the first conversation,which proved this not to be true.Was then told only a supervisor can play them back,and that he was in training, and the supervisor would call me as soon as he was finished with training.Mean while,i was then told they cancelled the order, and rerouted it so i could get my money back quick.The next day i receive an email,stateing your order shipped!,so i call back(still never heard back from any supervisor till this very day),and they tell me we do not see anywhere where the order was cancelled, or rerouted, so they claim they were rerouting it now.This happened again the next day.I called back because the order was delivered, and was told to accept the order so i can get the refund quicker.Then find a Ups location, and ship it back and i was charged 48.00 to send back.By this time i am furious!Child support was not getting paid, credit cards not getting paid, my credit score took a dive, from not being able to pay my payments from my account being in the negative.I kept calling back, explaining how important it is to refund the money, because of child support due, and items bouncing, stacked up a whopping bill of bank fees, which Ams promised to give back,and DID NOT!It took Nine days to get a little money back, they did not refund the fees, and shipping cost for there mistake, like they promised, and never heard from them again,After reading all the other reviews, they are doing this to a lot of customers, over,and over!!Makes you wonder....Stay away from this company, they have some dishonest issues going on a lot, here!and,i still have not recuperated,from all of this!"
"Bought a white falcon in 2016 , two years later the binding on the neck is falling off and lifting. This was purchased as a scratch and dent model. I asked what was repaired before I bought and they would not tell me but said it was in excellent condition . Two years later guitar binding at frets falls off from the first fret to the seconds fret. Called AMS and they could care less. Told me they wouldn’t do anything . Very rude and robotic with their explanation saying not a warranty issue so good luck. A 3500.00 dollar guitar was sold with major damage that was hidden by temporarily repairing to fool the customer. This guitar has never left my house and is stored in a climate controlled room. Anyone thinking of buying from these nuckle heads should have their heads examined. "
"I purchase a drum set on line. 12month payment plan. When checking out, I left a letter off my email. The next day I called realizing what I had done and they corrected it and said they would link it to my acct. 24hrs later still nothing. Call them and find out the drums are shipping that day and we will receive them Friday the 4th. Get home and drums have arrived, NO SHIPPING INFO, NO RECIEPT, NO PROOF OF SALE, NOTHING REGARDING MY BALANCE. I have called 3 times and explained I want something showing them I made a purchase and have been told since I checked out as a guest they can not provide that. "I purchaced a BeatBuddy drum pedal and paid for overnighr shipping. They had an error with their system and it never shipped. The mase it right and took some money off of my bill, paid for overnight shipping and sent it out. I recieved the item the next day and it worked for about an hour before it failed. Stuff happens, so i sent it back to them without hassle awaiting a new one. Once the item was shipped back they told me that they would send the replacement. I told them that I would pay for the overnight sgipping and was told it would be 26 bucks instead of 20 due to Saturday shipping. I griped for a minute about my experience with them and they decided to pay shipping once again, or at least they said. I called to verify shipping and was told that overnight getting it Saturday was a go. I called them Saturday to verify and wad told that they once again had a shipping error and i wouldnt get it until Monday. They are either really, really, aweful and shipping and customer service, or they are severely dishinest. Either way, I will never purchase from them again. They cannot be trusted to send me quality products in the timeframe promised."

"Tried canceling an order within minutes, was shipped item even though for hours it was nothing more than a shipping label. They refused to do anything that would involved human intervention, they could have easily called a human in the warehouse and said to not pull this order (maybe a couple minute process) but instead they shipped item around 9 hours later. Item never reached my house was turned around by shipper with FedEx and returned the very next day to them. Even though it never reached me at all I have to wait for them to ship it to another part of the country and I guess inspect it to maybe see if shipper damaged it so they can charge me??? they have my money **** on my credit card so now I had to get my CC company involved!"
