"I recently had cataracts removed, and suddenly needed several strengths of reading glasses. I bought some at two different local stores, but they were from about $20-27 each. I needed more to keep in my vehicle and shop, and around the house so that I didn't have to carry them around with me.

At American Reading Classes I found a great selection of styles and strenghts. For what I paid at the local store, I got 6 pair!!! Also, they had tube readers (very slim glasses that fit in a metal tube) that I could stash in the glove box of my vehicle. These were very reasonably priced at $6 per pair.

I was concerned that the quality would be low because of the cheap prices, but that has not proven true. I'm hard on glasses, around the farm, and so far the ones I use daily have held up as well as any I've used over the years (I needed reading glasses when I wore contacts. One pair I purchased locally is about to break, and it was a $27 pair with a well-known brand name.

Everything: ordering, shipping, quality, and selection were great. I will buy again when the need arises. "
