"Ordered a custom logo engraved shift knob in black billiard ball style. Quality of the ball is not quite up to what I expected. The site said glossy black finish, but it showed up as matte black. Gave them a call, and was told that's how they come in. I didn't want to sent it back as there's not much they can do about the finish. Ball was made in china in plastic retail package and definitely not a true billiard ball as they claim and it's got some nicks and scratches. The laser engrave was nice and I installed in my car and got lots of compliments. The shipping cost more than the product itself as I'm in Canada. If they would only use a higher quality ball, then it would be totally worth it."
