"I don't even have my furniture yet but they keep telling me my order is ready and I see a delivery date and it is not ready. Then they have no news - check back soon on the order status for a couple of days. They put a date on the order and then it is not ready again. Value City Furniture is who I am tracking the order from according to my email and they are tell you to call the store. The store tells you to call them. Never again."

"Worst furniture ever bought from any store in 30 years. They sold us beds that looked decent but no good quality-wise. Even worse than the beds were the dinning set. The cushioned chairs were left with deep dents after sitting on them just for a few days (our weight is average to slim side.) Most expensive furniture purchase ever for us since we got no use out of it.

Return/repair is offered but useless once you weigh the cost & benefit. We would still have just written off the whole thing as a bad experience. But, the management didn't seem to faze about our report about their merchandise was shocking. We had to surmise that they knew exactly what they were selling. note; actual purchase date was around 2012
