"I really like the looks of these tail lights and the installation wasn't bad at all, I just wish that the fit was closer. I know some of that is to be expected with aftermarket parts. There is a gap between the assembly and the body so be aware. I'm hoping it doesn't cause any issues. It's important to note, too, that these *do not* come with the reverse lights; you'll either have to continue to use the ones you already have or you'll need to replace those bulbs with LEDs to match (which is what I did). I also followed up with customer service as the product details were confusing. This *is* a pair of tail lights, not just one tail light."

"Waited and waited for the bumper to become available again and finally an open box one became available. Stated it. had some blemishes. Was ok with that since my current bumper is mangled. Was concerned no documentation was available online and didn't know if it was coming with the three bolt mounting bracket as Ford has with the Class III factory hitch and bumper. Did not ever get a reply and needed the bumper to pass inspection.
Box arrived 4 days early and was completely mangled. No way this was gonna be ok. Had to go out of town so three days later I got it opened and it had no sign of damage, blemishes or scratches. Plastic top looked a little funky is square and level. Unfortunately the mounting hardware was two bolt only, so I have to spend another $150 to get them from Ford. Nice part is the bumper kit does come with the three hole mount. Hopefully will have them this weekend to get this mounted."

"The Tonneau cover arrived as scheduled. For an almost 80 year old driver, it was a little difficult to get into the bed of the truck, but I managed. There was a lot of styrofoam to throw away, but that meant it survived the trip from the manufacturer without any damage. The instructions for installation were fairly easy to understand. I would give one warning thought, the bracket at the tail end of the truck does not go at the end of the track. It is to be mounted at the point of the post under the cover so it holds the cover down. There is a strap that hangs down that when pulled, releases the pins that hold the cover to the bracket. I ordered it on the 13th and installed it on the 17th."
