"Eventually I gave up and called. Usually when you call a company now days you get someone on the other end who leaves you with the impression that they have never even seen the product you are calling about much less help you with questions. After rummaging around on the AT web site for far too long looking for what I thought would be the answer to a common sense question, I gave up. The question was, 'what are the dimensions of this thing I am thinking about ordering?'. As I will be bolting it onto my truck I sort of thought it a good idea to verify as much as possible before ordering. The web site did tell me that the item was 'a fit' for my truck but I thought in the discussion that would ensue, should the item NOT fit, the web site would be most likely silent. Like nothing but crickets silent. So I called AT and the person on the other end was quite helpful. Imagine that. So I bought the item. I should mention that for reasons god alone knows the $237 item I was buying transformed itself into a $400 dollar item upon checkout. After a lot of muttering to myself about miraculous transformations I closed the browser down, genuflected, and went back in to place the order. Never underestimate the power of genuflection, though it would be nice to let us know it is required. Sometimes. I'd also observe the veteran's discount is provided site wide but you have to pay close attention and do some math to figure out that AT is actually doing what they say they will do. They are. Altogether I think AT is a good company to deal with with but I have not ruled out receiving a Model T bumper. Good news is I imagine AT will be easy to deal with should that happen."

"Had a weird shipping issue, they handled it. Parts as expected. Customer service was ok, sales guy said they don't sell just the solenoid for pacbrake- ok, but my biggest problem is the vagueness of the parts necessary. I got the onboard air, and the exhaust brake that says for on board air- but they never mention you need the solenoid also! Would've paid a little more for the other one that had the solenoid and had a spare part or two! I guess the actual PB site isn't much better! All in all I would do business again. "
