"Prior to check out with my items my delivery date was the 17th or 18th of July. I have received three out of four of my packages, but it wasn’t until after I paid and checked out that the delivery date on the most important part was postponed by 3 to 4 weeks When they couldn’t do anything about it since it came from the manufacturer and I have wrote an email to customer service with no response yet. I’m pleased with the item so far I’m disappointed, however on the misleading information and slow response. "

"This is the first negative review I have given online. I recently purchased a set Borne 1.25 wheel spacers for a 2500 GMC. The spacers fit like a glove BUT the studs were too long and created a gap between the hub and wheel. The garage I paid $150 to install the spacers did not see the gap. I noticed the gap and went back to garage to express my concerns. We took the rims and off and noticed significant scaring on the back of the rims. The weight of the truck had been riding on the studs instead of the hub which creates a significant safety concern if allowed over time. I called American Trucks and after 70 minutes of nothing. I was told to cut the studs back and they will fit. I paid $500 for the spacers to have to cut the studs off. I will survive and will buy the spacers that do not require altering. BUT the folks out there riding around out there not knowing the weight of their vehicle is on the studs are grinding into the rim with every mile. There is no guidance or explanation in the details about cutting the studs off. I don’t own a tool to reduce the length of the studs and most garages will not alter anything like that and if they do that is more money! I have screen shots of my review with pictures of my rims for future reference if needed. "
