"Spectrum3 Did not pick up cbs or fox, vhf or hi-v channels.Came from AntennaHub who made me pay $15 to send it back. they sold me a spectrum 813 that I had to wait a mth to get and it will not get any channels, now they want me to pay to send it back. NO customer service and I was told 3 times / 3 days that Co Chuc the supervisor would call me back, HE NEVER CALLED. Bad customer service, hung up on 5 times."

"Don't buy from this site. I never received a confirmation email, was sent the wrong product, and have waited days to get any answers to emails concerning shipping this thing back to them. No response from them, really lousy customer service. No "deal" is worth this."

"Do NOT purchase items from this company. The worst part is, they are endorsed by PayPal. Ordered a watch for a birthday and got the 2 day delivery up-charge and service. I ordered this watch on May 13th as of May 19th the store hadn't even shipped it out.
DO NOT TRUST PayPal as it relates to this company...Point Blank.

"American eSuperstore is by far the worst group of individuals to deal with on the web short of Nigerian princes.

First they took my money before they even shipped the item; while not bad, it is generally an industry no-no. Then it took the 4 days to tell me they were out of stock of my item. Then it took another two days of phones calls, emails, threats, and legal action to FINALLY get them to give me back my money.

Stay away from these people for dear life. Spare yourself the pain.

"The American eSuperstore.com website was very easy to navigate and very user friendly. The checkout process was very easy and their entire site was very user friendly. They have a large selection of merchandise. Beware though that even though I was able to complete checkout, received an email confirmation confirming my order, the web site fails to list if an item is currently out of stock. I spent several hours navigating different websites looking for a particular item for my husband and all other websites will tell you when their item is currently out of stock. This one did not. It was very disappointing to find out 2 days later that the item I was expecting to receive was indeed not going to arrive after all and I would have to search once again. "

"Very disappointing service--not professional at all. On-line store does not provide in-stock information so I emailed right after placing order. Received a response several days later and 2 of 3 items were out of stock. I asked if they would ship the last one for free due to the inconvenience and never heard back. Maybe they'd be okay if items were in stock but they are very unprofessional and I'd never try to use them again."

"I guess I should know better when a price is too good to be true. I paid $15 for two Samsung cell phone batteries. They turned out to be incompatible to my phone - an sch-u410. The batteries were sold for this phone. They are the correct physical size, but the phone displays a message that the battery is incompatible. "

"I TRIED to order something from here because it said it was in stock so i did and a few days later i got an e-mail saying that they were out of stock..
