But when I called for a warranty replacement, their simple answer was to call the manufacturer directly, then let them know what the manufacturer is willing to do to address the concern. If I need to solve all my product issues directly with the manufacturer, I'm not sure why I need the reseller or purchase again. At the end, the manufacturer sent a warranty replacement - 4-weeks later."
