My purchase arrived damaged and I would have to wait for replacement or return of my money while they settled the dispute with the shipping company. Really??? What did I do wrong, except pay for the item?? I did not save the original box, but I clearly asked customer service if there was anything I needed to do besides take pictures. They admitted the answer was "no" in a phone conversation. I just basically ate over $200, because I don't have time to play their silly games!!!! Consumers beware! I make many online purchases and have never had this happen to me before."

"I recieved a bad electronic board from you and the requirement for you to honor the warranty was for me to pull my RV 45 minutes away for some dealer out of town to confirm that the board was bad. "Well, I have to UPDATE my review, see input below from sales manager. He called me said this was a mistake and took full responsibility and promised to get the order to me on time. I really appreciate this and the effort made to make it right. I received my order last Friday and got the parts installed on Saturday morning. The parts were all what I expected and installed easily. So compliments to American RV Co. and their sales manager. I'm much happier now this is a company that knows how to treat customers after the order.
Initial Review:
I decided to order here for the good prices. Very disappointed in the time from order to shipping. It was 3 days. Ordered on Tuesday, shipped on Friday. I talked with sales on Friday morning because I needed have the order by the following Friday. I was going to cancel the order and just go the nearest dealer and pay the higher prices because I need to have the RV ready for occupation. I was told the order was being drop shipped from Indiana. Ok it will get here in time. Actually dropped shipped from PHOENIX AZ and will not arrive until next Monday, too late to make needed repairs. Stuck with parts I'll have to buy locally to make needed repairs. Haven't received order so can't rate products."
