This is extremely difficult times for people and they have very little compassion and have poor business practices. I will not return and purchase products from this company."

"I ordered from John by phone. (They don't keep invoice or order numbers for phone orders. ODD!) John said they had the liner I wanted. I would receive it by the 19th at the latest. He knew I had to have it by then, I had an installer coming. He assured me that I would have it. I started calling on the 19th because I had not received the liner. It took many calls to find out that someone in New York had to research whether the liner was shipped to me or was on backorder. There's a big difference there! I was repeatedly told that they were very busy and this was complicated. It took 1 and a half business days for New York to call John in Ohio and tell him that the liner was on backorder. Naturally I didn't get a call. I called John on the 21st at 4 pm and (after waiting on hold for 15 minutes - that's usual with them) John said that he had found out in the morning that the liner was on backorder but he was too busy to call me. I was made to feel as though I was bothering them! Needless to say, I have no faith in their ability to send me a liner. They have serious problems with inventory and personnel. I cancelled the order and got a refund.... if they can process that in a timely manner."
"You can tell a lot more about a company when you have a problem or question than when everything goes perfectly. I ordered from this company for the first time this season. Their prices for pool and spa chemicals are absolutely unbeatable, and they do not "gouge" on shipping. I also ordered a new thermal cover for my pool. When I recevied my order, I was very happy with the items. However, I did not receive the pool cover. As this was my first order, I was very concerned.
I called them and spoke with John, who could not have been nicer. He knew exactly who I was, he was very personable and courteous. He assured me that the cover would ship seperately and arrive within a week. Instead, the cover arrived only two business days later! I am very pleased, and will definitely order from them again - and again!"
