"This company is HORRIBLE! I ordered a supplement 8 months ago and never received it. I never got a confirmation email for my order. I just received it 3 days ago after 8 months! I no longer need the item and contacted them to ask for a refund if I ship it back. They took 3 days to respond and then said that I can return it for a 15% restocking fee! Really?! After no communication with them for 8 months and then the item finally showing up! I will NEVER order from this company again!"

"Placed several orders which were shown as in stock however it turned out that they back-ordered the items and there is no estimate to arrive. Also, you can't reach them by phone, but they respond to emails."

"I paid an extra amount for priority mailing and it is now July 25th and I still do not have the product. The priority amount of $24.50 should be refunded to the customer as it does not send the product any faster.I will not order from here again because this is bad customer service.
