"STAY AWAY!!! 100% Absolute fraud and joke. Most of their shoes are cheap in quality and if you have a problem, forget it. They will not resolve it adequately or amicably. They sent me two pairs of shoes that were smaller than the advertised size. I had another pair just like them that was the correct size. As a matter of fact, that size was actually imprinted on the inside of the shoe. After sending them justification via email, they refused to take care of the shipping for the return them. They even gave me a hard time over returning them. I'd never had a problem with AMICLUBWEAR and wanted to look at this as an isolated incidence, but considering the number of shoes I've had repaired after ordering from them in conjunction with this problem, I am no longer convinced that this is a quality company. I'll be going back to the stores to purchase my shoes from now on, even if it cost me a little more. I suggest you do the same. "

I want to take the time to thank you in your quick response to my recent email in regards to my expected store credit. With this being said, I have to let you know I am all but happy with the whole transaction.
Let me explain to you why:
Purchased shoes $27.74 w/shipping. (Arrived quickly, very appreciated).
Although I have ordered shoes from you in the past, sizing was not right.
Returning item, shipping cost of $18.65, (delivery completed within 2 days). Now I have vested a total of $46.39 into these shoes, (having to wait a total of 2 wks for my store credit), in which I feel may not have happened if I had not sent the original email questioning the status of my account.
In receiving your email this morning and reviewing my account and realizing my store credit was ONLY $13.00. Now, please understand from your customer's standpoint; I now have a total vested amount of $33.39 in a pair of shoes I DON'T EVEN OWN.
Needless to say, this being a very valuable lesson to myself and I hope even more valuable for your future customer's, that they seriously should consider ordering else where before choosing AMIclubwear.
