"I order from amiclubwear a lot & spend quite a bit of money on this site. I love the selection of new clothes they have, and how the store is updated almost daily with new Items. Another thing I like is all the discounts the site offers. However, I've been using this site for years, & the past year have noticed if there is an item you've ordered that you had not received YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND FOR THE ITEM YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE UNLESS YOU CALL THEM TO CORRECT IT YOURSELF. I used to never worry about this because I was always refunded. But now it almost seems as if this site tries to keep their customers money! I've mentioned this a couple of times to customer service & was told they have a "automated system that refunds you" But apparently that system has stopped working. Very frustrating & shady of this company... "

"The choice is amazing . The prices unbelievable. The site is well made and easy to use however it is kind of slow. It seems as if there are too many people shopping for the size of the server.
To have the same dress with the choice of colors would be more shopper's friendly than to have the same dress 8 times in different colors on different pages. Minor details.
When checking out, if an item is no longer available the check out will not proceed and we don't know why. As we go back to the cart we then realize that one item is no longer available.
When returning an item, we have to pay for the shipping even if the mistake was made by Amiclub (wrong shoe size shipped) Sometimes it costs more in shipping then in refund so we don't return and waist the item."
