"I usually fix up my wardrobe visiting somewhere, but buying clothes there can be a laborious and tedious task where you have to worry about quality, price, buying at the right place and a lot of other things. I learned to enjoy the simplicity that is online shopping and especially AmiClubwear offers me a really great choice with all the different styles available. The sheer amount of different items on sale is overwhelming. The prices also are most times quite reasonable. Keep up the good work AmiClubwear!

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! THEY NEVER SHIP YOUR ITEM! AND CANNOT CONTACT THEM!!! I ordered a dress on Nov. 25th for my trip to Vegas thinking that it would come in before the three weeks until my trip date. Ha. Nope. No email came saying that it shipped. Even though it's estimated delivery was within 4 days, as they are located in CA and I am in AZ. Well, yesterday marked two weeks and 4 emails to their "support" and to their Facebook page, and only 3 responses back, that I had to wait a week for. The first two said that because of high volume they were delayed, but that they would forward my order to their shipping department and get a response to me within 48 hours. Again, NOTHING. I wrote to their support again, and no response. Then a few days ago I wrote to their Facebook page and JUST NOW they replied that they will cancel and refund my order. I was relieved, but the confirmation email looks just like my order confirmation email, the only difference being that it has the words "Credit Memo" in it. I checked my bank account online, and so far, a big fat nothing. Hopefully it will refund soon and I don't end up like the other people I see on this site saying they never got their money. I don't want a store credit. I want my dang money back. HUGE HUGE HUGE SCAM!!! PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
"I ordered two pears of shoes from the website 2 weeks ago. After one week of pointless waiting for the order status "processing" to change, I e-mailed them requesting information. They answered that the system was down for a whole day and my item would take another two working days to be processed. A week has passed and I e-mailed them again requesting for my order to be shipped or to be cancelled and money to be returned to my account. I have not received any answer from them. I hope I do get my shoes and I do not mind waiting but the least they can do is provide the customer with information when they ask for it."
"Amiclubwear.com sucks so bad. They are so slow with shipping I asked for my ORDER to be CANCEL! They told that it's against there policy. But the order has not been shipped out so why can't you CANCEL the order and it's still in the building. Then she told me that I will have to wait for a email that would tell me if it's shipped or canceled! WTH!! So you can send your warehouse a email to delay the order. And you don't even offer overnight shipping! Even EBAY offers that !!!!!! They need to get out of this type of business!!"
"If you submit an order and realize you have selected the wrong size shoe and/or clothing items. Forget it. Your stuck with the items until you can receive the package and send back to exchange.
Their policy claims that you must call back before 2 PST. But even after you called in to make a modification before the shipment is sent out the change is NOT guaranteed what so ever. Wish I had seen this before, major red flag.

"several weeks ago I purchased (and paid for) 4 pairs of shoes. About a week later I got an e-mail saying they had only shipped 3 items (and no mention of a refund for the missing item, nor a replacement or anything). I called the company (amiclubwear.com) and had the WORST customer experience of my life! After about 30 minutes on hold, the lady that took my call actually told me that they have a time limit (of about 3 minutes) on their support calls, that the supervisors are never on the floor and then my 3 minutes were up and my call got "disconnected". I have never disputed a credit card charge before in my life, but I'm definitely disputing this one. My advise is DO NOT BUY from this people unless you're willing to risk receiving what they want instead of what you ordered. Don't be fooled by the nice web site, this people obviously have no inventory and no control over their supplier's inventory."
"The only reason I decided to make a purchase from this seller again was because I was left with store credit after a return, otherwise I would have NEVER purchased from them again. I ordered a Halloween costume from them back in October, and had to wait 2 weeks to find out from them that it was sold out.
I purchased 6 items, and after a week, I received ONE item. Another week passed by, and I received ONE more item. I was irritated at this point, because it had been two weeks, and they did not contact me telling me why my order was taking so long to process. So I called the company, and after waiting on hold for literally 20 minutes, I finally was able to speak to a customer service representative. This representative seemed like her mind was scattered all over the place, and it took her a long time to finally give me the information I requested. It turned out that the other 4 items that I ordered were out of stock.
I had a horrible experience with this seller. Not only did they charge the full amount to my PayPal account (I even left my reference number for the store credit like they asked in the comments section of my order), but I had to email them after waiting 3 days after submitting my order to see why I was charged the full amount. They did not process my store credit until I called them (and waited on hold for 15 minutes!). Then, after waiting two weeks to receive my order, nobody contacted me to tell me that my items were out of stock. I had to call them to find out the status. She refunded me the INCORRECT amount, and now they expect me to wait 3-4 weeks to receive a CHECK instead of refunding it into my PayPal account.
To sum it all up, this company has the worst service I have ever had to deal with. The Customer Service is near non-existent, and although the prices are great, I would not mind spending a little extra at other stores to not have ever put up with this kind of mess again.
Save yourself a headache, and stay away from this place!"
