After I opened the box, the ammo was found corroded and boxes wet with mold on it. Contacted the company and the answer was they could not much since it’s been over 30 days. "

"I bought 5 Korean surplus AR magazines. One has defective feed lips. 3 won't hold the bolt carrier group open after the last round is fired. The other one seems to function properly but I just don't have any confidence in it. I was told I called their customer service too late in the day for them to deal with my problem--they asked me to email so I emailed. Now they ask me for pictures! I think they're going to just keep asking me for stuff until I get so frustrated I quit bothering them. I am very dissatisfied, and Ammo to Go will never see another penny of my money."
"Very straight forward business. You buy and they sell. But, EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I ordered three Glock magazines and they gave me two Gen3 instead of Gen4 mags. A previous order they had given me all Gen4 mags. I contacted them and basically told me they won't exchange them. Their customer service is your run of the bull, dodge the problem responses.

"Ordered over $2,000 worth of ammunition from Amm0-to-go. My order was missing 1,000 rounds of Fiocchi .45 ACP. Ammo-to-go refuses to reimburse me and insist that UPS stole the ammunition. This is impossible because 1) the 1,000 rounds of .45 were packed alone in one box (according to ATG), I reiceved four boxes with 2 boxes each underweight 38 and 16 pounds for a total of 54 pounds, which is what 1,000 rounds of .45 weighs."
