"Almost 2 years ago, at the age of 44, I suffered a stroke. It affected the left side of my body, leaving my left arm and leg in a near paralyzed state. I was forced to move far from home and into a nursing facility, where I still reside today. I currently get around via the use of a wheelchair, and have gained a bit of weight. It is not as easy to keep the weight off when your mobility and food choices are limited. During this time, I have also been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and I require multiple insulin injections every day. One day, I decided to do a little research on "meal replacement" options. Within just a week of drinking one shake per day, along with eating much healthier in general and becoming more active, I noticed a significant change in my blood sugar levels. My readings became much lower, and I can confidently say now, after more than 3 weeks, Ample has played a key role in keeping my blood sugar under control and helping me begin my journey to my weight loss goal. I look forward to my shake each day, and I love the flavor of Ample Meal! My personal recipe involves using unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a pinch of cinnamon powder. It makes a delicious shake! For a slight change of flavor, I sometimes use unsweetened chocolate almond milk in place of the vanilla. I would like to thank everyone at Ample for creating this fantastic product, and for assisting me on my long road to becoming the healthy, independent person that I know I can be!

I haven't tried it with milk yet, but with water it's refreshing and not ....anything. Not bitter, not sweet, and no real flavor, which means it fits exactly what it's designed for...a nutritious on the go quick fix, that's very healthy and doesn't have an issue with taste like so many others. "If your FAQ supplies the answer to "how can I change my shipping address" it would be nice for my shipping address to be able to be changed if I follow its direction. An email with a correction was not utilized before shipment.
A faster update on a shipping label would be nice too.
