"In my opinion Amsterdam Printing beats out Pens.com across the board. On one occasion, I made an error on the text for some pens I wanted. I called to put the order on hold until I could make the change. Pens.com told me I could not stop the order it had already been processed.
With Amsterdam Printing, I am given time to look at the proof, and was even called by a customer service representative to make sure I was happy with the proof and that it was ready to print.
Not the case with Pens.com. They were more interested in getting the order than getting it right."

"Amsterdam billed credit card upon completing the order... then billed the card again... I complained and they assured me this would be resolved. a week later, I received a notice of non-payment in postal mail. Now told I need to contact a different company to resolve the double-billing. Not the quality I expected on the accounting side. "
"We made very careful high quality art with logo-matched colors. The first set of glasses were way off. I raised the issue and was promised a proof of the actual next print run. I got a digital proof instead which looked fine (as had the last), but the new set of glasses were even worse than the last. Gray is not blue, and the prints were terribly misregistered. Would not order from these folks again."
