"Ordering from Amsterdam was very easy, and the pens that I ordered are very nice - I'm happy with the quality. However, the printing rubs off of them much too easily, and since I ordered them as promotional tools for my business, highly-fugitive ink doesn't really help me advertise. However, once this batch of pens has been given away, I will likely order from Amsterdam again, but next time I'll order a pen with a surface that holds ink better."

"I needed give-away mugs with my logo for use on a local cable access TV show that I produce. I think I got an email announcing a special, and BAM! I selected a color, uploaded my 4 color logo, and it was DONE. I really should have spent enough to get free shipping because the $70-something really was a surprise. But I if you factor in the mugs a $3-Something, and the shipping divided by the 48 units, the mugs are still only about $5.00 each. I was surprised to find that the units were not dishwasher safe because of the way the logo was applied, but for what I spent, I am VERY HAPPY.
