"We ordered the mechanical pencils and at first I was thrilled with them. The lettering was first rate and the weight of the pencil was wonderful. What disappointed me was the lack of an eraser. What's the point of having a pencil if there's no eraser?"

"Not satisfied at all with my purchase neither with the web interface since it doesnot establishes to the buyer hiden costs that turn your idea into insanely expensive merchandise without you even noticing. The thing is that if you follow their page you configure your item and order it as you configured it according to their page and when it arrives is something different than what you order and then when you call customer service they, kindly, explain that they can change and redo the order but to make it as wished, forgeting about the fact that you already ordered and paid for the nerchandise configured accirding to their own weboage, you will have to pay (in my case) almost the sane amount that I already paid fir the furst order. With that insane request and with a deadline running against me to use the merchandise Ansterdam, kindly, gave me a miserable but fighted 20% off. So you have an idea, my 250 12oz color changing plastic cups with my restaurant's logo (3colors) in one side and a one color imprint (one color from the three in the logo) on the other side where supposed to cost me 700.00!!!! Over the web they sold me that but sent a cup with just a one color logo outline in the same color than the imprint all in the same side of the cup for 300.00... NOT GOOD, NOT HONEST, NOT USER FRIENDLY WEBPAGE INTERFASE, WEBPAGE IS A TRAP SINCE IT GIVES YOU THE IMPRESION THAT YOU BOUGHT WHAT YOU WANTED AT A GREAT OR FAIR PRICE BUT THEY ARE REALLY TAKING AN INCOMPLETE ORDER WITHOUT TELLING YOU THAT WHAT YOU REALLY WANT WILL COST YOU THE DOUBLE THE MONEY THEY ARE CHARGING IN FIRST INSTANCE. WON'T USE IT AGAIN WON'T RECOMNEND!!!"

"We ordered some pens & slitters for Mother's Day at church and there seemed to be some sort of glitch in their system that did not change some items. When I received the products, I called them to let them know the error. They offered to correct it at no cost and told us to keep what they had sent. This only encouraged us to order again. Due to the popularity of the beautiful pens & slitters, the father's are now receiving the same gift at Father's Day. When we placed the order, someone from Amsterdam called and offered us an extremely generous offer for some additional pens and we took it. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would recommend them to all."

"I recently received a sample pen - The Ultima. Awesome pen. Everyone that I had try it, loved the way it writes. I ended up ordering for all the staff at our school for appreciation week. We love this pen. I also had them engraved with the school name on it and it only took about 1 week from order date to delivery. I would definetly order from them again."

"I ordered printed pens through Amsterdam's website. When I received the pens, they had messed up our logo and the print below was so tiny that it couldn't be read. I called to let them knowt hat I wasn't happy with my order and they offered to re-print. We discussed the changes to be made and they even sent a proof. I was warned that printing space was limited but they felt that they could do better. The printing on the second order was a little better, but not much. It still takes a magnifying glass to read the print if you don't have 20/20 vision. The print should have been stretched longer down the pen and further around the pen. The same day, another company I work for received a sample pen from Amsterdam with printing almost all the way around -- the size my printing should have been. If I hadn't received the sample pen, I would have thought that they did the best they could but now I think that they just didn't care. I didn't call them for another re-print because I don't need another order of poorly printed pens. I'll just call somewhere else next time."
