"I put in payment then received an email saying that payment declined. You all had saved an old payment and "overridden" my current payment. I was told you don't save credit card information but your system had to have saved old information or we wouldn't have had a problem. Not happy with the system changing my input and them not happy receiving incorrect information from representative. "
