"This was my third order from Amsterdam. The first were pens and that was pretty facile. The second one was coffee cups and again it was easy and timely. The third and most recent were keychains and that got more complicated because I was asked to review proposed prototypes which were illegible when I got them but finally that got resolved. The product itself is very good and useful. The biggest complaint I have, and the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that the cost of set up each time and shipping costs are really high and not really reasonable in my view (and more than competitors) but the products are better than the competitors so I just swallow it but it does discourage more frequent orders."

A week later I received the same offer and again I went through the process and completed the order with payment. Too many options and sometimes confusing what is FREE and what's not."
